Here's mine:
I dreamed that i was a little kid in Elementary School and we were on a field trip. We were getting on the bus to go back to school when I realized that I had to pee. But the teacher said that we were not stopping until we got back to school. I tried to hold it in as best I could but then I felt the warm pee start to trickle out and I wet my pants. Then I woke up with a wet bed.

Yes. Mine was when I had to use the bathroom, and actually thought I was sitting on the toilet, then when I realized I was actually peeing on myself, it was too late.

I don't think I have had that, but I often have dreams where I can't find a bathroom for one reason or another. It usually is a bizarre reason. I drink a lot of water and iced tea, recently I had about 2 gallons at least of liquid before I went to bed, in my dream I was looking for a bathroom but someone had stolen all the toilets in the area, the bathrooms were all empty and I couldn't find a place to go, luckily I woke up realizing that I had to go before I found a bathroom in my dream.
