Well, my parents are bringing me to vegas tommorow. and we are going to buffets almost every meal. i dont' wanna gain weight. i wanna lose weight. but how is it possible if they are gonna bring me to buffets that often? do you think im wasting money if i don't really stuff myself up? those buffets are really expensive. do you think it's wrong if i fill myself with water instead of all that food? my parents would get mad if they find out. i don't wanna tell them im losing weight tho. please help?

A couple of years ago I hurt my back at work and went through
the whole thing with workers comp, and hiring an attorney for
my case, and went through the surgery I needed at the time. At the end of my situation I settled like most people. My case is of course closed, but I have medical for the rest of my life, but from a friend I found out that I could buy out my medical through the insurance company, is this true or not? Could I buy out my medical and if so how do you go about it?

Does anyone have any Idea how to clear the smoke from cigarret since its too cold outside to smoke. Is theres any homemade device I could make to clear the smoke beside putting fan near the window. Better If someone give me schematic on making Ionic device that sucks smoke, or any device that work oks. anything to reduced or even eliminate smoke using household items and even few electronic device using small electronic fan etc. Thnx you for your time and no I wont quit smoking, not buying expensive smoke eater product, just looking for device to eliminate or reduce smoke cheaply and effective.
