I don't know what info you would like on him. If you'd like to get a copy of his DD-214, you might be able to by going to this web site and registering. Follow the directions EXPLICITLY or you won't be able to get it.

I have visited the one in D.C. several times and have never failed to lose some tears. I was also honored to be part of the motorcyle escort for the Traveling Viet Nam Memorial Wall when it came to our area in November of '06. I helped erect it on site, and stood 4 hour watches for the 3 days it was here.

The link will take you to that date on The Walls site. Find your brother and see what has been posted. You can click on all 33 others that died that date. You may find he was not alone on his journey. I have the names of the other 5 that went with my cousin.
Next you can look for site connected to the unit he was in. You may find more if they have a KIA page.
I would not waste time on his military records. They will not tell you anything you don't already know about him except what medals he is authorized.

contact the dept of veterans,have his name,ssn,dob,what branch of the service he was in,his unit at the time if you no it,when he enlisted or when drafted,they should be able to get u started.I am sorry for your loss lol
