I live in CA, and want to know if I can have my brother open a bank account in his name but have my payroll checks deposited into his account. I know I can open my own account, I just do not want to. BTW our names look almost exactly the same (first middle and last). Thanks for all responses!

You were moving out in less than 3 days and your psycho roommate (who never lifts a finger to clean) started screaming at you to clean before you leave?

I have been through so much crap with this guy (not my boyfriend, just a roommate) and I clean the house every week and he never cleaned anything, left his messes for me and he has the audacity to yell at me like I am his slave. I am going to leave the house how he left it and clean my area, of course.

What would you do?????

In Matthew 24:15, 16 we read, "When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:"

**The abomination of desolation is satan. The "holy place" is where God was at one time...ex. the Tabernacle, Solomon's Temple, the church... God departed from all these because the people went after other gods.
Judaea, Jerusalem, Temple, Judah, are all metaphors for the local church.
"Mountains" is a metaphor for the Lord...ex...."1I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth." (Psalms 121:1, 2).

In addition we read in 2 Thessalonians 2 we read, "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Alright, I'm thinking about something involving our terrible goalies, bad defense, on-line team, something harsh- we (Lightning fans) are all feeling pretty harsh right now.

BUT not too harsh, I'll still die a Bolts fan.

My friend just got a new Glock 21 handgun and last week we went to the range to break it in. This is the largest caliber handgun I have ever fired and my aim was lousy. I tried to apply what I learned in the Army about firing an M16 to this handgun and still my accuracy was poor. I would appreciate any advice on how to better my aim. Thanks!

I am angry that I never received a phone call before an attorney took over. They claim they only reach me through postal mail, but obviously that did not work. Apparently, there was even a court date (which I did NOT know about). I was not aware that my account was being handed over to an attorney otherwise I would have tried to pay my debt sooner. Now, I have attorneys fees added to what I originally owed. There has been a lawsuit filed according to the attorney's office. I do not know the details because I was only informed of this via voicemail because I called them to find out what was going on with my account. Also, I'm wondering whether I should get myself a lawyer. Is it possible I won't have to pay the attorney fees already incurred? I cannot afford this at all.
I appreciate any answers that can help me.
