Those aren't really different types of coffee, just different ways of serving coffee. Kind of like a screwdriver isn't a type of vodka, it's a drink containing vodka.
To list the various coffee drinks could take days because every place has their own varieties.

Each cafe has their own menu...their own drink names.

Mocha
Iced coffee

boilermaker, redeye, (drip coffee with a shot of espresso in it)

There are many different types of coffee brazilian,italian,french,italian,etc The person who answered Starbucks has never drunk a real coffee in his life.Starbucks is rubbish and tastes like Mc Donalds coffee.Americans unfortunatley dont know real coffee its a shame.
