CVV is the 3 digit number in the back where you signed the card.

Issue no is the date it was issued, can be found in the front below the card number.

It is the last 3 digit number printed on the back of the VISA/MASTER Card immediately after the card number or on the right side of the signature line. For American Express credit card, it is the last 4 digit number printed on front of the card above the card number.

Issue number, is the date of issue of your credit card which found om front of the card and below the card number in MM/YY format.

Don't think so. The CVV is a 3-digit code on the back of the card (for AMEX is a 4-digit code on the front).
