I have a serious question I have myasthenia Gravis. However, I’m in excellent shape. No one would no If I didn’t tell them. I run 3 to 5 miles a few times a week. I lift weights and exercise a few hours a day. I simply take meds twice a day in the morning and before I got to bed. I have had it since I was six(23 years old now) and Its relatively stable throughout that time. I am currently in the last stages of becoming a deputy sheriff but that’s not what I really want to do. I want to join the Navy as an officer (Degree Political science). I know it would probably DQ me but is it worth a shot. I heard some things are heard on a case by case basis. Is that true? Myasthenia gravis is different for EVERYONE(snowflake disease) so, not all of us same condition. A good amount of people in my family are in the navy and I’m in waaaay better shape than they are. I just need to take meds twice a day. Can someone with please help me? I do have other options but it would just be nice to know.

I thought Hamas were the ones who denied Israel existance. But now they have the 'Islamic Jihad' to continue attacks into Israel.

Is this just the Palistinian ploy? To have someone else do the attacks so the other group can say they are innocent. Now Hamas is trying to say they are innocent & the Islamic Jihad are the guilty ones.

Imagine the torture that some people would face if they knew that, throughout eternity, the "wrong kind" of people were given eternal bliss by God. Think of how the uncharitable and bigoted would suffer merely by knowing that the very people they hate the most are still beloved enough by God to be also given a place in paradise alongside the "right kind" of people.

Wouldn't that be hell to them?

okay so me and my boyfriend went out outerbanks with my family this summer and for christmas i want to take all the picture i have of us and either make a scrap book or a picture album. the only thing about the scrap book is that i made him one for last christmas. and i have never given him a photo album. so which do you think i should do??


and yes he will like either, so dont say neither.

Just because I have a maid who comes in every other week to clean my house, people assume I'm a snob that has nothing better to do with my money. I have five kids, six if you count my husband! :) I have a full time job, all the kids are in extracurricular activities, and I don't want to spend every spare second doing laundry and cleaning!! It doesn't make me a bad person, does it??

Is it just Christians who think suicide is a big sin. I do NOT defend it, I'm only asking, if you believe in abortion, how can you be against suicide. At least you are just doing it to yourself.

In Japan suicide is respected and not critisized.

I guess Arabs have suicidal pilots too.

Do all Christian churches think suicide is a hugh sin? Or is it just Roman Catholics?

I figure, with murder/suicides including school shootings and family killings, it would be OK with me if the suicide part was done promptly, avoiding the murder part!!!

I know a few women who tried suicide, and one who succeeded. As an ex-RC I wonder if that might have sent her to hell. Why? Didn't God give us free will. Wasn't death, at THAT time, just a personal choise?

I heard of a test to see if you'll get altzeimers. If you went through the hell of your parents' altzeimers, might suicide by a kindness to your family?

Christ and Christian martyrs went bravely to their deaths "BY CHOICE?"!

I fear that I may have hypothyroidism! First of all, I've ALWAYS had cold hands and feet, brittle hair etc... and i used to weigh 115, then dieted and went down to 95 (i'm only 4'11.5")...ANYWAY, i haven't eaten THAT much more...but i've gained 10 pounds of fat. i'm 110 now. Is my metabolism just slow? I also have a 59 bpm heart rate.. is that kind of low? AND i've developed a swollen gland under my chin..it's not noticeable, but.....it's there and my dentist asked if i've been sick recently.. and i haven't! Could it have been from the excess salt i've been consuming from tons of chips, junk food? because i'm USED to eating healthy, but now i eat like...terrible processed stuff. could that swelling have been caused by that?? my parents don't think i have hypo...and won't take me to the doctor. could i get some opinions or....what it may be??? I'm kind of freaking out here..because i would hate to gain more weight if i did have hypo......

Okay so in this dream Jesus was in my livingroom but he was dressed normal. I think he had on a t shirt and some jeans, his face wasn't white, and it wasn't black. Anyway, He asked me did I want to see what the power of his blood did when he died. I said yes but as soon as I did, all this blood fell on him and in the dream I closed my eyes. All I could hear was the sound of the blood going everywhere. I couldn't open my eyes. Then I woke up. What do you guys think? I wasn't even scared in the dream, I just didn't think I could handle what he had to show me. Now I feel like a punk.

I have a GF of 2 years. Long story short, we had to keep our relationship secret, when her parents found out they threw me out and we broke up. We got back together after she turned 18 and we've been secretly together again since then. But I can't live that secret any longer. I want to love openly, have people see me happy and in love. I can't stay with my GF because I am not ready to come out - I don't think I am gay and being with her is more like a teenage love that I now have come to realize is not what I want...
