Have you seen only a small portion or many of the traits of your ego that bind you to this delusion? Do you confront them one at a time or tackle them en masse? Is observation enough (will they fall away once identified) or must you continue to actively overcome them? Describe your reactions/emotions when you discover an "ugly" truth about yourself--does it overwhelm and disgust you or do you take it in stride, knowing you are on the path of awakening one step at a time? Are you content to let it happen of its own accord or do you seek instant awakening through brutal means (berating yourself, asking for someone's help who deals harshly with you to "open" you, such as some Zen practitioners do)? After 21 years of war between the North (Arab) and African Sudanese in the south peace agreement called CPA was reached in 2005. The south has over 200 or more tribes with different dilects (languages). We are currently facing the problem of "tribalism", cattle raiders and "lack of the rule of law".
I feel we in the south Sudan are facing the same problems the people of America faced after their war of independence and their civil war. Iam proud of how the United States of America is today because they were able to established a firm democracy and the rule of law. My organization called "Human Moral Care (HMC) is interested in participating in the work to bring about "rule of law" in the southern Sudan. How can we do it? We want to know how the American people had done to reach such a high level in protecting democracy, human rights and the rule of law in the United States of America, Can we get a humanitarian org. to assist us do it in Sudan.

I sent it today, this teacher quit on October, I thought he still
worked there but I called later to the school after I sent it and they said he no longer works there since October. Will they send it back to me or will they forward it to his home address even though he quit on October(2 months ago).
If he got fired on October (which I'm thinking he did but not sure), will they forward it to his personal address or will they send it back to my address ?

I'm referring to a small medical community college in a small town. Few students and teachers.

Do you think that when they receive the card, they'll look at the card and think that it's "unworthy" for them to forward it to his address ? It is not unethical.

and another thing, do you think that more than likely they won't forward it because "the teacher no longer is their business". ?

I can't decide which console to buy. I am not interested in storing music or movies on it i just want to play games with some online gaming as well. However i want to buy the console which will give the best graphics and game playing. I am also tempted by the blue ray on the PS3 as it looks like this format may win. I have always had playstations before and the PSP. I have heard the Xboxs are very noisey and subject to breaking down. The PS3 is aparently more powerful but under used. Help!!!!!! I know there are lots of fanboys who will say their machine is best but would really appreciate some impartial advice.

Any word on when the first teaser or trailer for Indiana Jones and The Temple of The Crystal is coming out?, I find it weird that they have not released one yet because they already released a teaser for the The Dark Knight back in July 2007 for the The Simpsons Movie, and most recently, they released a trailer on December 14th for the new Will Smith move I Am Legend, and The Dark Knight does not come out 2 months after the release of Indiana Jones IV, on July 18th 2008, and which Indiana Jones comes out on May 22 2008. Why are they post-poning the release of a teaser or trailer?, Are Steven Spielberg and George Lucas trying to make the fans as eager and desperate as possible?, cause I heard a rumor before that there was gonna be a teaser for Indiana Jones IV on Thanksgiving weekend, but there wasn't. Anyway, any word on why there hasn't been a teaser or trailer released yet?

A New Year
For every year I have survived,
There's one event stands out.
The ringing in of every year,
Where people cry and shout.
We wonder where the old year goes,

What I'm wondering is, if you think that people can change a fundamental flaw in their personality - i.e. being selfish, conceited, arrogant, vain or on the other hand low in self-confidence, down on themselves etc. to being better people - more kind and generous and happier on the whole?

Is it possible to change one or more bad thing about your character and if so, is there a particular way to go about it? I know no one is perfect but if there's something you don't like about yourself can you change it or are you stuck with that characteristic forever?

Sorry if my question sounds confusing.
