They have slightly different health benefits.
Apple juice has phenolics, which help protect against ageing, cancer and heart disease. It also contains Vitamin C, though not as much as OJ does. I also remember reading somewhere that it helps boost brain function - and can be more mentally stimulating than a mug of coffee!
OJ is a very high source of vitamin C, and also folic acid, so good if you're pregnant, or trying to gert pregnant. But it is quite acidic, so can ruin your teeth (drink through a straw if you can!)
Fruit juices are full of sugar - albeit naturally occurring, so drink in moderation and/or dilute with 50% water so they aren't as concentrated.
Also, make sure you are buying real 'pure' fruit juice - not fruit juice drinks - these generally have little actual fruit juice in them and are choc full of refined sugar and chemicals...

Both have different benefits but apple cider is better than apple jiuce as it has more fiber due to the fact that it uses the whole apple. Meaning that it isn't strained. Ever notice the sediment at the bottom of the jug? That's the fibery goodness!
