When you like a girl, you like her based on what? How can I make a guy be crazy for me?

I try to be a gentleman and try to NOT look at a girl's breasts. But woefully, my gaze ends up on her butt... then I get nervous and I look up... but not far enough and I stare at her breasts... then I get REALLY nervous and start tripping over things, making myself embarrassingly obvious.
But a hot body will only go so far for me. She's got to have a great face. I remember seeing this hot girl at my university... but then she turned around and I almost puked. This may sound cruel, but I had a sort-of-good reason. The girl had more facial hair than I did... no joke...

Theirs a saying that goes like this "We are all like riasens in Jell-O, you can't shake one riasen without shaking the others"
That means what every you do to yourself you affect other people in a small unotticable way or sometimes if you keep an open mind and eye you can notice it.
So if you want someone to be crazy about you, you must learn to be crazy about yourself first ;)
Like me, I love myself, I am one sexy over confident male and I'm damn proud of it and I couldn't be more proud of the results. The girls are all over me! So take a look in the mirror and start winking at yourself like a super star! -puts on his shades and walks away-

You seem to be asking several questions, yet under the impression that you are asking one.
First thing any guy notices : Boobies.
First thing a guy will say he notices to avoid trouble : Eyes.
Why we like a girl is based almost entirely on personality. (We are not as shallow as women are).
You can make him crazy by putting out.

Her boobs are the first thing I look at. Then after about half an hour I look at her face and sum her up. If everything fits I would go crazy with desire. Especially if her boobs are big

For me, I like short girls (short in height). Chinese girls, cute and funny ones.

personally , i notice the face first however for different people it differentiates obviously.
personally when i become "crazy" is when i realize he looks and her personality are what I'm looking for in a girl and at the same time she is "forbidden fruit" (i.e has a husband, partner , boy friend.) it makes me determined to make her mine.
