I'm having surgery on Wednesday and I wont be able to lift for like a month. Also Imma have to b on a liquid diet for 2 weeks so thats like until the new year ugh! what can I do or take to avoid losing a lot of muscle!!? i'm 20 if that matters

I have a couple of cats, there pretty much kittens they were born in April of this year and ive had no problem with them when it comes to cleanliness. I am a very tidy person and I want my house to stay very clean and tidy all the time.

The last few weeks my female cat has been acting up. Every time she eats she wants to put her paws in her bowl and scatter her food around the kitchen. This is driving me crazy!! lol.
I always let there bowl stay about halfway full so that they can eat throughout the day while im working but I am tired of coming home to a floor full of food!! I have to sweep it from underneath the fridge, stove and counters lol.

Any tips on how I can make her stop this?

I sent it today, this teacher quit on October, I thought he still
worked there but I called later to the school after I sent it and they said he no longer works there since October. Will they send it back to me or will they forward it to his home address even though he quit on October(2 months ago).
If he got fired on October (which I'm thinking he did but not sure), will they forward it to his personal address or will they send it back to my address ?

ok i asked this question before and i got nice answers but not what im looking for.. so ill start from the top..I got my period late when i was only 15 sophomore yr i only had it twice that yr and it skipped all those months and came back in June.. but during those months i notice i was sweating however it didnt bother me until i notice it went throw my cloths.. i thought it was the deodorant but it turns out it wasnt.. then my social life just crashed i felt was if it only happened to me because i asked my doctor what to do and she had no idea what i was talking about. during my junior year i googled it and realize i have Hyper hydrosis and needed a antiperspirant..so i tried everything from secret clinical to Certain dri but they dont work..i know im putting it on right to..now its my senior year and im just worried about prom night because how can my arms be around the guys shoulder.am i supposed to carry a stupid hoodie with me.man i heard vitamin B12 should stop it.. is that true
