I don't know what you mean by sweets and a sealed chocolate egg...

If you mean a chocloate egg that has something inside...then it's easy...you make one side of the egg..it's hollow, then you make the other side..after they're hard you fill one side with candy (or whatever) then you heat one side (or make sure you have some liquid/heated chocolate of the same 'egg' stuff) and you put the egg together with that...
(smoothing out the seams.)

like a Cadbury's creme egg? They fill both sides, then quickly stick the chocoalte halves together seamlessly.
