I haven't seen him in 13 years. When I met my first boyfriend (who was black) That entire side of the family disowned me (including my father) I since then have had a child of mixed decent. (in the obituary they did not claim her nor my sisters baby who is also mixed) My mom says I should go pay my respects to my grandmother and go to the funeral (I definetely don't wanna go to funeral because I think that is kinda hypocritical and my father will be there who abused me) In a way I do wanna go see her but I am confused. they did disown me and have made no attempt to see me or my child. When I was a young girl we were very close and I still love both of them to this day. I need opinions on how this situation should be handled. I have always been the one to say why after someone dies do people want to reconnect....shouldn't a reunion be before a death and not after?? Help please

I live in RI, where this time of year, we frequently get a foot or more at a time. My neighbors and I take care of shoveling the stairs and walkway, but is he responsible for plowing our driveway and parking area in the back? (He doesn't...ever.)

k this is really annoying!!! I drink tones of wat like 3 32ounces of water everyday. I already do cucumbers and tea bags nder my eyes but it doesnt seem to work. I do already have creams that i use and they dont help well it doesnt seem like it.
I wear make up like mascara and when i take it off to go to basketball, my eyes are so dark and wrinkly under them. ugh...................... Help please

I am a student, and need to work for some extra cash. I was sent by my agency to bartend and I was sent to a gay bar. I have been there a few times and the thing I like about it is that no drunk men bother me there unlike regular bars.

I do not agree with homosexuality but in the same way that I do not agree with sex outside of marriage. Both are the same in God's eyes, I think.

This quote is in the Bible "He planned the days of your life in advance, choosing the exact time of your birth and death". If this is the word of God then I say yes. Do you believers not take the word of God as perfect? I f so, then the Bible is the word of God and it also must be perfect. Now I know many are trying to ban homosexuality based on Bible quotes, so why should Christians be able to pick and choose what quotes they want to enforce. If God chooses when we are born and die, then those murderers are just following Gods plan and it's not really their fault. They had no free will. The same goes for abortions, why are Christians so against them when it is God choosing the time of the babies deaths? But then also one of the Ten Commandments is thou shall not murder. Seems contradictory to me. How can the perfect words of God be contradictory though? Hmmm I wonder....

i woke up this morning at around 3 pm[needed to pee], but i have been having premonitional dreams these days and what i see scares me. so after using the bathroom,i laid on my bed and started praying,and asking God for guidance because i'm lacking in my faith[not my faith in religion but my faith in Jesus], dont ask me why because i really dont know why and this bothers me so much because i do beleive,but in the back of my head there is a voice talking saying "what if".i never had the problem when i was a kid [23 now], i dont understand why i have it now. after saying that prayer i went to bed and had the msot terrible dream, there were 3 men:one said he was Jewish, the other Muslim and the last one Christian; all 3 of them were trying to convince me to go with them, what i remember afterwards was crawling into my mother and grandmother's bed. I woke up so tired this morning but in the dream i was so disoriented. Any passages, prayers, anytihng i can do to get back on track?i do pray.

My gf is mad at me because i was speaking to my ex and women on myspace when I said i didn't. I never dated any of these women . just talked. But of course she get mad. talks to someone on line and goes out for coffee. She tells me that she need to think about and she needs space. I tell her I love her so much and will do anything for her. Of course she say, if you loved me so much you wouldn't do what you did. I said , your right and I wish I can take it back, but I truely love you. Last night I gave her a call because I couldn't sleep. We talked , she asked me the same question. I should go out with these women or my ex, I said I want only her, no one else. But if you love me you would do what you did. The phone conversation, we did'nt scream or yell. It was getting a little late. She told me it's late, call me tomorrow. Ok, what time. in the morning, afternoon. She said whatever time. I called around 8:30 am . more than once, didn't pick up. is she playing with me . I left messages

I mean I'm Catholic, I'm religious, but I'm not stupid. I learned about evolution, I learned about the big bang theory, I did well on the subjects in school, I understand them, but I don't believe them. People say that I'm not open to other people. Ha! The only people that I'm not open to are the people that aren't open to me. I'm criticized, someone came over to me and said "Religion is fake, it is faaaaaaaaaake, like I was a dog or something and I like couldn't understand him. Then he said that the people back then were on drugs and told me to stop f***ing believing. I know some people may be ignorant. But not everyone. Why do people have to be so stereotypical.
