Memories....., you're reaching Paul....I remember G.I. Joe, and the spinning top. I had an etc he sch etch, an incredible shrinking machine. Probably my most favourite toys were bugs, I still am fascinated by them today. If insects were as large as a human, they'd take over the world. I really liked the game, don't break the ice, and the one where the boxers where in the ring. Oh yeah, don't knock my block off. Cool....., thanks for sharing these cool memories....I'm out...Artisan. Oh yeah, I just wanted to mention, I'm not that old, don't really remember the 70's that much....and yeah.., I didn't have an easy bake oven! hee, hee, heee...

it was what I called a swing around see saw. It was like a normal see saw but went around in a circular motion as well as up and down.....great fun.
The best thing was I had a brother roughly the same weight as me, so it worked well. We had a very bratty girl next door who was an only child and she never shared her toys, but used ours and purposely broke them on many occasions, she asked her parents for one, and got it....but she never got much use out of it as we by then had learnt not to play with her....maybe it was a little mean, but we thought it was funny that she had a toy as useless as our toys she broke.

My Evel Kneivel doll and motorcycle. You would turn the crank to get the mototcycle take off and crash in to stuff.

Mr. Potato Head, and my daughter had another kind of "head" which she loved - it was just for doing hair styles, make-up, etc., and she loved it. We always called it "The Head".
