I live in Ohio and all the tenants and I have a verbal month to month lease agreement.The landlord ran into some expensive problems to fix in the building and he wants to kick us all out.Can he do that or as tenants do we have rights?

so apparently one defining characteristic of god is that he is omnipresent. that means he is everywhere. however there is a law of physics which states that two masses cannot occupy the same space at the same time. so how can god be everywhere if i'm standing where i'm standing, where i'm standing is part of everywhere, and i'm not god? in order for god to be everywhere, one would have to reason that everything is god, in which case i'm not me, i'm god.

my mom always did my taxes on her computer but now we arnt really on speaking terms. i worked for the solon inside of walmart until about a month ago, now i am working for a nother solon that is just me and the lady that owns it. she pays me in full and doesnt hold any taxes out. when it comes time for taxes what do i have to do. i am clueless when it comes to this. please help

First I would like to say I would prefer the kids would be raised in a co-parenting or shared parenting custody agreement, as the kids would benefit most from this in my opinion. The kids are 5 years and 16 months old

But my friend's husband has hired a high-priced attorney to divorce her and go for full custody of the children. He wants custody on the basis of her heart/seizure condition she got after being in a massive car accident. In our state her husband's affair is not of any legal consequence and he told her his new wife will do a better job raising the children than she will. She is unable to keep a job right now because of her health.

My friend got the only attorney she could afford, but not a high powered one.

What advice do you have?

Is there away for someone to be truly senseless? Like not being able to feel things. My friend says he can't feel things or he just doesn't feel right within himself. He's felt like this since his childhood. It's almost all he ever thinks about everyone else just think he's weird but is there a possible way to be born without senses? I think its a deep and long depression.
