I have to write a report for school and I need 3 reasons how the Supreme Court balanced or did not balance it's power in this case. .what do you guys think?

Griswold was one of the first of the 60's forays into true judicial activism, where the court found a Constitutional protection that exists nowhere in the language of the Constitution, but that they made up themselves from their assumptions as to the intent of the framers.

As to whether it was balanced or not, that's a matter of opinion. Read the courts ruling for yourself (Link below) and form your own opinion of the matter. Your teacher will be more impressed with that than with the opinions of some strangers on the internet, anyway.
