I know the two are separate issues in court. HOWEVER. let me just explain the situation. he dumped me as soon as i got pregnant. then was not there. She is four months old, he woudlnt come to the hopstal to see her has not came by to see her NOTHING. I tried to call , no answer. I am pursing child support he went down to the child support enforcement agency and demanded a paternity test. At this point, it seems likely to me if i drop the case, he would just walk away. IT seems his main concern is not paying. I really dont watn him in our lives. Do you think if i dropped the child support case, he would likely disappear and go away from our lives?

I was thinking about it after seeing my younger brother play college football for a junior college. Many teams don't have a kicker or punter. I played college soccer and I am wondering if maybe I can go back to the JC and play for the team as a kicker. Problem is that I graduated with a B.S. already. Is there a rule that prevents me from playing college football because I graduated?

I played spyro once, but I don't remember if it had a lot of reading. A platform game seems to be best, but it has to be something that voices the instructions, and isn't overly confusing. I'm not willing to pay more than $25.00. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I went to get a relatively large tattoo, the artist did it half way and told me that he couldn't finsh it all in one day and I should come back in 2-4 dyas time.

Is it normal for a tatto artist to do it over a few days? Doesn't it hurt a whole lot more to do it this way (now that my skin is tender)?

I read on here that god did not create the evil in the world,he gave us free will and we use that will to do and create evil.
This confuses me because when something good happens people say its gods will,or by the grace of god,or that god allowed it to happen. How can god be responsibile and get the credit for the good things that humans do with their free will but doesn't get the credit or blame for the bad things that humans do with their free will.

So basically why does god have no part in the evil that we do but everything good that happens is a result of god.

The best defense for the existence of God is that the universe itself exists, and matter needs a point of origin. Atheists would then ask “Who created God?”. When we respond “God always was.”, they come back and say “Why can’t we say that the universe always was?” Here’s my rebuttal: Consider the chair that you’re sitting on. It’s mass needed a point of origin, but what about the concept, or the ‘form’ of the chair? Before the first chair was built, you still had the possibility, or the form of the chair. The form always was, and always will be, but not the physical actuality. Of all the infinite forms, Good and Evil are the most significant. God IS good, and the Devil IS evil. They were the two original minds/beings, and they needed this universe and people to make choices, so they cooperated. A few moments later … BANG … there we were. God and the Devil were the totality of the forms/concepts of Good and Evil, so they don’t need a point of origin, unlike physical reality.

A good friend of mine is a junior and she has a big crush on a freshman. Do you think it is a good idea for her to act on this feeling and ask him out? Do you think she would be "taking away" from his high school experience? I'm debating whether or not to tell her if acting on this feeling is a good or bad decision.

I would appreciate some pros and cons. Thanks!

For ex. if a Father left his wife and 3 children, remarried a wealthy woman 1 month later, gave very little financial support at all, leaving the family very poor so he could live it up in the high life. And also furthered his career getting a PHD while his real family struggled on ALL levels.
So PLEASE, what are the LAWS getting back up pay for almost nothing child support? Thank you.

So my friend and I were watching reruns of Reboot (yeah, I know...we need a hobby) and we remembered this other show that was computer animated and it involved things living under a bed//a variety of toys. For some reason I am envisioning a sock,a houseplant and a toaster as being relevant to the story. This was in the early nineties......if anybody can help us figure out what cartoon that was (I know my description kind of blows) please do....it is driving us batshit.

So I walk into this room and there is this guy sitting with his legs completely apart. Sort of a 180 degree thing. Then, we talk briefly, and during this conversation, he lifts himself up a bit and repositions (perhaps his undergarment??) and his legs which are still 180 degree apart. What is he upto?

Can anyone explain this graphically? I am looking at my monopolistic competition graph, and i dont understand how the greater the product differentiaion increases exces capacity. I mean, greater product differentiation means an increase in demand in MR(correct me if im wrong). With this shift in the demand and MR curve, how does that increase the distance from the quantity the firm produces at, and the min. ATC point?
