I am aware that there are other causes to WW1 such as Militarism and Imperialism but I am still unsure what role Germany played and this is to be a good part of our assessment. Could anyone offer any suggestions as to how Germany helped fuel the war?

As winters coming its getting really cold!!!

I need to dress warmly but how do I dress fashionably at the same time? Or stylish..? I go for a sort of preppy jack wills look.....

Any suggestions would be really helpfull!
I have the basics: light jeans, dark jeans, black jeans (all skinny of course!) jumpers, fitted black jacket...
Boots I have..not too keen on them though!

I am 29 she 25. We were together for 3 months. We were really into eachother and things went way to fast. We had sex within 3 days of knowing eachother and things skyrocketted. She expressed to me sometime that she needed space but was doing it so things didnt get messed up in teh future for us. Then she todl me that she agreed that things went to fast and kinda freaked her out. She had just got out a a verbally abusive relationship one month before me got together. She states that she was still messed up by her ex. She broke yup with me telling me she lost the spark, cause we were togther to much. She stated to me that she still wanted to talk to me and hang out and she will pronanly regret the decision to break up with me. My question is she still thinking of me and will time have her realize how good we had it? We never had any problems in our relationship she stated she wanted to marry me etc... Could her finding someone like me that was so "prince like" scare her off?

If you have a written contract for a property/ real estate and the buyer(supposed buyer) breaks it by not paying, can I enforce that contract? And get the property back since he didnt pay for it? The written contract was done in the County Office in front of a notary and lawyer(buyer's lawyer). Also i have found out that if a party(buyer) fails, without legal excuse to perfrom any part of a contract that it is called a breach of contract and can be voided is that true? the suppose buyer and his lawyer was the one who wrote up the contract and they are the ones who broke it. Can i reclaim back the property/real estate that he buyer well supppose buyer didnt pay for? He has the deed and wont return it, what can i do? That wont be right for someone to keep something that didnt pay for. Also I live in the state of NY what is the statue of limitations for this? I looked on this website and it said 6years is that true? Help Please.

I think so. He is a great statesman, and is correct on Iraq, Iran, and Darfur. He has PLANS too! Plus, he's honest. He always admits his past mistakes like his plagarism and is upfront and candid about it. And, that is about his only mistake, and for a politican - that's not bad. IMO.

Just inherited a large safe that is about 4X2 or something (very big).

Cant take it to a lock smith because its HUGE and I dont want tp pay for it in case there is nothing inside!

What is the easiest way to open it up.. keeping in mind that I dont care if I destroy the safe.
