BE CARE FULL!!! I agree with the people who say call the locksmith. Drilling can cause damage that could make it next to impossible to open. a torch can cause damage to the insides. I have had people say they just keep trying different numbers and have got them open over time. if it has a key slot to open it a locksmith should be able to open it fairly cheap.

Boy have u come to the right person for this answer.
I work construction now but way back in my younger days i have had opportunity to break into safes, thats all i'll say about that
Personaly, the best way is a locksmith or contact the safe manufacturer for the default combination if it has a combination, which I'm sure it does.
So here's how I did it way back when: U get a mini hand sledge and a flat bar and chisel away at the seam on the edge of the door, once u break that seam u keep bending that steal back until u can break away at the concrete inside the door, then u manualy turn the spoke wheel to disengage the post that plunges into the base of the safe.
Realize that doing this is alot of manual labor and not easy by any means...takes about 2 to 3 hours sometimes.

RE:
What is the easiest way to BREAK open a SAFE?
Just inherited a large safe that is about 4X2 or something (very big).
Cant take it to a lock smith because its HUGE and I dont want tp pay for it in case there is nothing inside!
What is the easiest way to open it up.. keeping in mind that I dont care if I destroy the safe.
Drilling?...

that is why the locksmith comes to you...duh..lol...and are the hinges on the outside. Some cheaper safes have the hindges on the outside. Either way i would drill four holes and cut the rest with a torch, that will knock out a square and have at it...lol

Drilling is one answer. A cutting torch may be another, but not if it is inside.
It really depends on how tough the safe material is.
Can you contact the manufacturer of the safe? They may be able to advise you.
Good luck, hope it contains a fortune for you.

seriously just pay for the locksmith, a safe that big is probably worth money itself, if there's nothing in it, at least you could sell the safe instead of destroying it.

Call the locksmith and write the check. If it is empty, you could sell it to the locksmith. They love to have them as displays.
