My husband and I are currently house hunting for our first home. A few of the houses we are looking at are out of our price range, and we are thinking of trying to talk the sellers price down. Our realtor told us that if the house has been on the market for awhile, and the sellers are really wanting to get rid of the house that they will more than likley come down on the price just to get out of the house by the end of the year. My question is what is a reasonable amount to offer? For example on a $125,000 house, what would be the lowest offer we could make?

this boy fancys me and has asked me out tones of times ... i turned him down
and one day i flirted ( just for fun ) and he was sooo sweet like did all my work , helped me and cuddled me and everything ..... but then i stopped flirting and went back to normal ..... and the next day he slapped my face !!!! ... hard , just because i didnt hug him !!!
what was the point of this ? why did he do this ?
so now i have to flirt with him and hugg him and othere things ... and i f he dosnt he hits me
also .... everytime i see him he touches me .... in places i dont want him too .
what can i do ?

ok i found this gecko... I'm a real animal lover... I've got 52 1/2 cats, 2 tortises, 2 birds, 1 goat, 3 horses, 9 geese, 1 dog and loads more! (i kinda live on a farm...) anyways thoses are mostly all resqued... anyways... i got this gecko... all the other geckos got killed by my 52 1/2 cats! At Tokyo Disney Resort(TDR),we usually have to wait in line for 1 to 2 hours for popular attractions like Buzz Lightyear,Winnie the Poo,Space Mountain etc without a fastpass.
I heard that WDW is less crowded than TDR in Japan.
My family is going to WDW in Octber of the next year.
We want to enjoy Expedition Everest,Finding Nemo,Dinosaur,Kali River Rapids,Soarin,Test Track,RR Coaster etc because TDR does not have them.
And my daughter wants to enjoy Stitch's Great Escape because she love Stitch most among all characters.
Please teach me how to reduce the waiting time.

We just finished building our house and went to the post office to ask where our mailbox should go. The postmaster told us across the street next to the neighbor's mailbox. The next day the mail carrier talked to my husband and told him about the neighbor had called the postmaster and was not being very "nice" about it but that we had to put the mailbox there, we had no choice, and we didn't have to ask his permission. On saturday the builder put up our mailbox and a few hours later the neighbour came over ranting and raving about it and threatening to pull it out and all that. That evening, he DID take the mailbox our and leave it next to our house. We spoke to the police about it, they checked on something, I don't know if it was the subdivision plat or what, and said that there was no city easement there and so they couldn't make him let us put the mailbox there. The post office still refuses to deliver our mail unless it's on that side of the street. What to do?

A colleague and I discovered that the computer that had the drivers for the printer was not connected to the printer. He switched the towers so that he could access the printer. What he discovered was that the tower with the drivers for the printer had a virus. We found out that the computer has Symantec on it so he ran an upgrade from online .A while ago he went to use the computer again and was checking for the virus to find out if it is gone. What is happening now is that a red light is blinking and the computer is emitting an annoying beep. Is this normal when a diagnostics is being run? How can we get rid of this annoyance and debug the computer?Please help me urgently .

My dad picked up some nasty cold/flu about a week ago he has had a nasty cough and sounded full of cold. my mum now feels this coming on and so do i.
Is there anything herbs that i could use to help my body fight a cold/flu or anything that would help boost my defenses.
I have had 2 colds in the space of 2 months and i dont want to be stuck with this for xmas :(

Also i guss my body is run down from the bad sleeping routeens i have and my eating times are upside down.
I have breafst lunch time then a hour after i have lunch then dinner ,dinner time. This is because i dont wake up untill lunch time.

Nope. There are really old stories about multiple gods too! And since your Western religions are based on some really old stories (the Tanakh aka Old Testament) about a particular god (along with a few neighboring gods) there's nothing more compelling about it than there is about the Iliad or the Egyptian Book of the Dead.
