If I understand the question right...Comfortable for all types of weather and ofcourse adequate amount of clothing for all types of weather. Uniforms that are fitting to the environment (like above), advantageous, reliable, necessary.

Not to buy cheap foreign imports, each country's uniforms should be produced in their country instead of giving the contract to the lowest bidder for the lowest quality material, in the long run the soldiers deserve better than this.
