I just wanted to know if u can eventually be reborn into another life form on earth or do you stay in hell forever?

You keep being reincarnated until one day you are rewarded with salvation.
I see it this way. Being reincarnated is like being sent to hell again and again. And salvation is the heaven.
Being reincarnated is not what you're aiming for.
I am highly sceptical about reincarnation, but this is your answer.

It's not a concept of Hinduism.
Hinduism says a "soul" is incarnated and then reincarnated over and over until it learns how to escape the cycle.

it's my understanding that you go through a series of reincarnations. if you're a bad person you might get reincarnated as something nasty, like a maggot but it's not a permanent condition. you just have to work your way up to human again.
