Should I get an intrest only loan on a house and put the money I would save from there in an IRA or mutual bonds?

Or should I just get a regular 30 yr fixed and make an extra 2 payments per year.

I plan on selling the house in 2-5 years.

This is not criticism of any sort; this is not a claim of atheism being right and niether is is the ranting of a Quran/Bible/Torah thumper but an impartial observation.
I have been a user of Yahoo Answers for some time now and I have noticed an interesting trend. In any religious question, the answers with a cynical/atheist tinge tend to receive the highest "net" thumbs up. The hardcore religious answers tend to get trampled where the thumbs up/down are concerned.
Must be a jagged pill for some folks to swallow but it's true.
What do you think?

She seems too interested in Hollywood, fake, and not a real person anymore. Now she is pushing Obama, for crying out loud.

I occasionally turn on her show, but it's usually no longer of interest and I rarely see it anymore. Any thoughts? Maybe Oprah and her show have just run their course.

I was quite disappointed, to be honest. Too many cheesy keyboard arrangements over cheesy love songs. I think "No More Cloudy Days" was good though.

I heard on the news this morning that over 200 women have been murdered in Bagdad for not wearing full Islamic dress.

They are apparently abducted off the streets, "horribly" murdered and their bodies dumped in garbage piles.

Isnt it time that we heard some loud Muslim voices condemning this barbarism ?

Are you ashamed of these events?

If so are you able to critisise or is this not allowed?

i saw the golden compass and i thought it was a really good movie. i didnt know people were calling it anti-god until after the movie. i still cant understand why this movie is anti-god. i think it is pretty funny. those boycotters are making this movie really popular and are making it a must see for the debate factor

Mostly the abuse was emotional but would get physical at times either to myself or he would hurt himself. I had to move and make myself unable to find. Sometimes I still have nightmares or thoughts about events but mainly the whole 4 years is a blur of bad memories.I have been unable to get into any lasting relationship since. Is it normal to still be dealing with this so strongly six years later?

I was wondering where I can find film for this camera: 110 film cartridge and also a flash for this camera. I know an Auto 25 Minolta Flash works for this camera, but are there any other flashes that work with this camera.
