first determine how long this has been going on. When was the last time your dog pooped or peed. Next find out the last thing your dog ate. Did your dog eat or chew on anything that could of been harmful to it (walk around your house or area your dog has been in the last 48 hrs.) Once you have answered these questions for yourself call your vet and ask them what your best move is from there you might have to take your dog to the vet tomorrow or next available slot.

Any dog who can't go to the bathroom or eat and drink should be checked out by a professional. It could be a number of things.

Take it to the vet. Your dog is really sick, and it sounds as though it has a blockage. Don't try and force it to have anything to eat or drink. It will just make it sicker.

If you don't get him to a vet right away,he will die.A dog that cannot rid itself of waste will die from uremic poisoning and toxic shock. There is something seriously wrong, and the dog is probably in a lot of pain.If it was you ,wouldn't you go straight to the hospital?

Take him to the vet or call a vet or something! It sounds very serious. Your dog might have an obstruction or something.

You need to get him to a vet, if he hasn't been neutered he could be having prostrate problems or a tumor...
