So, I had plans to go to school in cali, that got cut short because of me losing my grip in calin not getting the help i needed and so forth. I get back and try to get back with my gf and i find out that she wants to be friends. And im ok with that, except my actions when i left the chat room says different. I said to...well it was said in anger and confusion. And i didn't mean it. Will she understand and still want to be my friend or ... gulp....is it over :(

well me and my ex hav a complicated story.
He is my first and the only guy i have actually ever slept with and he knows this.And basically everytime we do see eachutha we mainly just hook up and do thingz but not have sex all the time. He has a very busy schedule with work and playing soccer. I do have feelings for him and its tough coz i have asked him what he wants to come out of this and he has told me he doesnt want a relationship because hes still young and wants 2 have fun, and says that im still young 2 and dont need 2 b serious. Im 18 and hes 21, and realy i dont like to think of us as **** buddys coz i have much more respect 4 myself. When we see eachother also its like, we make fun of eachother and act like were 2gtha but i honestly do not know wat he wants.

so can u please answer these questions 4 me;
- am i just a booty call ?!
- what do i do; should i tell him how i feel ?!

My one and a half year old female Golden Retriever is the sweetest girl you'll ever meet. She's pretty well trained and is absolutely wonderful with our children. The only downside is whenever she see's someone new or someone she doesn't see very often she gets so excited that we can't even control her. We will tell her to sit and she might for about a second until she can't control herself anymore. But when just my husband, daughters and I come in the door she'll give us a friendly hello without jumping and go back to sleep. Why is she like that with us but so hyper that she pulls us over if we try to hold her back when someone else comes in. She also doesn't really calm down much while the guests are here. My husband gets so frustrated that he just locks her in the bathroom which I hate! I don't think she'll learn that way. I know she's still young but what can I do to teach her to not jump on our guests? I'm too embarrassed to take her to dog training classes.

I have good suspicion that I'll be laid off at the end of the year. Every time I try to talk to my boss about my projects, she puts me off or says something contradictory, or something else changes. I work in a place where there is so much office politics going on that whether or not I proved to her I can do the job, if her boss doesn't think so or wants me out--I'm gone.

I know I can do the job, but it just may not matter. In fact, I feel they hired me just to fill the position. I feel that they were still looking all along, regardless of my performance, because I told them the truth about my background and experience and they knew I didn't have all the qualifications for the position, but enough to get me hired.

So, what should I do? Play dumb, confront boss, what?? I'm putting my feelers out for other jobs, but i really want to stay at this one, so I'm reluctant to submit my resumes officially.

I have run my own computer academy after my bachelors for three years then I did Masters during this self-employment. My academy burnt out due to electric short circuit. Then I got job in an university and then after I am doing job and got diversified experience of IT operations management. One night there was this drunk man sitting at the bar. He orders a beer and chugs it then jumps out the window and then comes back into the bar. He repeats this several times. There is another man sitting there watching him thinking what the heck?!? so he decides to ask him why he jumps out the window every time he chugs a beer. My BFF has a friend, lets just call him Owen, and my BFF gave me his AIM one day so we have been IMing on and off for the past week. So anyways, I know him, he goes to my school, and is one year older than me. He doesn't really know me that well, so we where exchanging pics and telling each other about ourselves. Well, one of the pics in my inbox was his thingy (you all know what I mean!) I didnt know what the message was so I just opened it and there it was! So the big problem is, he has a GF that is crazy and if she knew what I saw, she would kill me, not him! BTW I was fully clothed in the pic I sent him. So anyways, if his GF finds out she will tell everybody and I'll be ruined (although I dont have much of a socail life!). I fell really bad keeping it from her, but I dont know if I should tell her. We arn't great friends, so I dont think she whould understand. I need your help! Should I tell her? Should I feel guilty? And what should I do with the pic?

i using Goalseek function in macro, it give me 'wrong' answer on what i supposed to get. sometimes it work OK, but sometime NOT. i notice this problem was effected by the Goal's value, as the closer the Goal's value i put, the best the answer i will get.
for example: in cell A1 i have a value = 10, in cell B1 formulae = A1/2, cell C1 formulae = 3*B1/4, I would like to seek C1 = 10, by changing A1 value, in my case i will get different answer in C1, which i supposed to get '10'. (note: this is only an example to express my problem, I having bite complicated formulae in cell B1 and C1).
does anyone has the same problem as mine? please advice.
