Last year I adopted a five year old chow, lab mix at a humane society. Her owners had to move into an apartment with no pets. Here is the strange part. First of all they named HER Cody but I really couldn't care less, it's just a name. She doesn't like toes unless they are edible. She is the only dog that I know of that prefers to sleep under the covers with her head above and on a pillow just like me if it is cold. She only goes to the bathroom in 1 spot in the corner of our yard. Also she eats her food when she gets hungry like a cat and does the funniest thing. She gets a mouthfull and dumps it on the carpet next to her bowl. Then she picks through them and tastes each one. She neve eats the brown ones.Finally, she understands what I am saying! If I tell her to get of my bed so that I can pull up my blanket she gets down and waits for me to say 'oky' or 'alright'. If I tell her to go find my cat and say his name, she sniffs around untill she finds him.So what I ask is the deal?

I have a friend of mine-and it actually is a friend. He lives in NY state, and he is trying to divorce his wife of 7 years. They have no children together. She is blackmailing him for adultery and threatening his career if he leaves her. She MIGHT have pictures of him with another girl kissing or just hanging out. Can't be sure about the details. She is threatening him that if she tries to leave him that she will go to his CO and bring these "pictures" and get him Court Martialed and discharged from the military. He is afraid to give her the divorce papers that he has already had drawn up because he doesn't know how much trouble he could actually get in if his CO saw the "pics" she has. She said she would go to the lengths to make things up to get his career ruined and have him thrown in jail. He doesn't know what to do and as of right now, he is wrapped around her finger afraid to drop the papers. According to the UCMJ does she have any right to do this at all? Wut would any1 suggest?

I bin tryin to think up ways to get rid of this new boyfriend. Will ever sinse he moved in I ben notisin all these weird things about him. things that dont make sense in my mind. I halfway keep him around for protection against the nehborhood caus it is kind of rough and I havent bougt a alarm for the place yet. So I notice instead of going grosery shopping at the store, he goes to a buffat/buffete [?] with his friend to eat unlimited lunch and thin he sneaks a bunch back home in his backpack. This is kind of imberrasing becous we get food help from the government and isnt this why they give it to us?? So we dont have to steal food???? I REALLY want to turn him in sometimes like win I get mad at him I just want to call and bust him. could he get in trouble for this??? I am just curious about the ways of law. I no your not suposed to take the food home. and I think this is trashy....cous theres always stuff on the food that it didnt get baked with...

I was told yesterday by my 1SG that dropping a soldier is "no longer authorized". Is this true? I had heard that you can no longer humiluate them, or cause undue hurt/pain, and the like, but no dropping whatsoever? Is it for real????

My old best friend hurt me when she chose her boyfriend and my ex (who was abusive) over our 7year friendship. She said some pretty hurtful things to me. Since then we havn't really spoken much. She broke up with her boyfriend about 4months ago.

However last night I went to her Christmas Party. Her ex was there and also a friend of theirs who has come from overseas to visit.

About a week ago she told me that she hated her ex so much and that her ex was stopping her from seeing their friend who has come over to visit.

Last night at her party I spent the whole time talking her ex (we've always been good friends) and her friend from overseas. I could tell that she wasn't happy about it.

I've been invited out with her ex and their friend next week. She couldn't come anyway because she's underage. I know if I go and she finds out she'll be furious and hurt, just like the way she hurt me.

Sorry this is confusing but do you think I should go and hang out with them?

different states for 12 yrs? I am working on my divorce, doing it myself. In all the papers & instructions I have read I have not found anything that says I do. But the courthouse wants me to bring in a paper called State Vital Statistics Form, when I read the instructions on it it was ONLY for those that have been legally separated 1st before getting divorce. I have known many people that did NOT file for legal separation 1st.
