She can show all the pictures she wants, the chances of anything happening to him is slim to none...Tell him to talk to someone on base and tell them whats up and what she is doing...Would be nice if he had proof of her blackmailing, so she can get in trouble...

cheating for the duration of a deployment is truly basic, that suggested, it would not make it stunning. My son is interior the militia, has been deployed 5 cases on condition that 911. He tells me in many cases approximately human beings he's serving with that are coping with cheaters. Your husband mandatory to understand in case you cheated, he pushed your buttons till you caved and it labored. The soldier being cheated on has the state of techniques that they opt to return domicile and have the divorce company over and executed with so while they return they might start to bypass on. there is an act that forestalls a soldier from divorce on a similar time as deployed. the call would be made to divorce, however the papers can not be very final till they return. You my darling are the undesirable guy. You cheated and have been given caught. You expected a scolding and right it truly is mine. What a thoughtless and injury-much less and egocentric individual you're. i do no longer care how lonely you obtain. i do no longer care what your reason became, there is not any longer a solid one so a strategies as i'm worried. Your husband, alongside with 1000's of alternative squaddies, is over there risking life and limb and additionally you're over right here boinking some guy. Do you get it? He could die? and additionally you're doing what? watching for somebody accessible to assert 'Oh, this is high quality sweetie.' nicely, this mom of a soldier who's spouse did the comparable component you probably did, is so thoroughly disgusted which contain your lack or character, i'm easily dissatisfied in myself for waited my time responding to you.

If they were just of him kissing a girl, why would he think it would lead to a court marshal, unless she's in the military too, or married to a military man, or under age or something like that? I would get your friend to check if there was anything in it that might affect his career. If not go ahead with the divorce, she sounds like a nasty piece of work, trying to blackmail him into staying married.
But if he has knowledge of some misdemeanor that she might have proof of, he might be better off coming clean before she tries to use them. Because if he owns up on his own it might go better for him than if she dobs him in.

Very difficult. The OSI won't wast a lot of time to see if her allegations are true but if she has pictures...He should speak with his legal advisor first (free). His best bet for now it to give his full power of attorney to a TRUSTED family member--separate all accounts, put his sh%t in storage and volunteer for a 1 yr remote in Korea or 1 year afg. Seems to be his only hope for now is to get away leaving her as little damaging power as possible. She'll cool off and when he returns maybe they can get an amicable divorce?? PS change his beneficiary for life insurance too..

The military will not let go of anyone on such flimsy grounds right now. At MOST he needs to talk to his CO and get some guidance.
It really sounds like the woman is playing head-games with him with all her threats. Real drama-queen.
He needs to just file for divorce and let the court serve her the papers.

Well, that wouldn't ruin his career. I mean it has to be documented. And they have to have like clear cut proof that he's cheating. My friends husband was cheating on her and all that he got was like 40 days of extra duty and they had to attend marriage counseling. I think that your friend needs to talk to his commander about what is happening and file for divorce.

if she wrote him any of this stuff he has proof of blackmail, if he has witnesess that heard her then her story goes out the window. and my hubby says unless she has proof that he had sex then there is no adultery. (hubby is in the navy)
