She is 8 months old and has started showing signs of dominance. She barks/growls whenever people go up the stairs or leave the house. Telling her NO! and looking her in the eye stops the barking but she just does it again the next day. Do I have to re-establish pack order or just treat the barking

A young man was in court for theft. He decided to hire a lawyer to help him a little.

When the case started, the Judge asked the Lawyer if he had anything to say.

To this, the lawyer replied, " Mr. Judge, I am a strong believer that people are responsible for their own actions. Why should this man be guilty of the crimes his hand commited?"

The judge replied, " That is very good Mr. Lawyer. I too, am a strong believer that people are only responsible for their own actions. Therefore, I sentence this man's hand to 10 years in jail. The man may or may not accompany the hand during the term."

After hearing the judge's ruling, the young man stood up, took off his plastic arm, left it on the chair, and walked out.

A customer asked me to put the song of a famous singer in her wedding video. I told her that I can be sued for using copyrighted materials, and I gave her the alternative of free-royalty music. She refused it. So, I explain her that if she can get the permissions to use that song and be the only responsible for any complaints I will put that in the contract and she will have the song in the DVD .She told me that since I am the one getting the copyright of the final wedding DVD the responsible is my company because the song will be in the video.
She wants me to put that in the contract. What now? I dont want to get in trouble.
It would be Ok if from now on I only offer free royalty music? It will solve all my problems. What about the other videographers? I have noticed that they put all the songs available in the market. What are your inputs about this?

So being that it is the Holiday season, I notice, as a server, that tips tend to decrease. I realize that money is tight and that you need to buy presents for your family and friends. Why are you going out to dinner if you can't afford to tip your server? The thing is, guests don't realize is that the money tipped is not the money that your server keeps. Servers have to tip out bussers, bartenders, and in some instances food expeditors and hostesses. Regardless of the tip that is left, servers are taxed on the full amount of sales. What that means to someone not working in the food industry is that you can work a 40 hour week and still get a paycheck every two weeks of $150- $200. For parties of seven or more the gratuity placed is generally placed at 18% of the bill. Tips are the base of our income. Can you please keep that in mind for our familes during the holidays?

My house which I share with my partner is in my name and the mortgage is in my name. We would like him to have 50% share and responsibility.
The reason why it is in my name is because he was a student and couldn't be named on mortgage at the time. The previous house we had was also in my name but he has contributed significantly meaning we now own a good chunk of our current home already... so I do not want ' are you sure you want to do that..' answers!

Hi, I am very early stages in pregnacy, 5 and a half weeks. This is my first so I dont know what I am doing. I am going to be out over Christmas quite a lot and I dont know what to avoid and what to eat. I went out yesterday and ordered Salmon thinking it was a safe bet and when it came it had a sauce on it that I am sure was hollendaise based therefore with raw eggs.
