how to make a great winter wonderland party?

My friends having a b-day winterwonderland party and i need help with the theme.

- I don't know where abouts you are from but if you don't have natural snow fallin you can buy some.
- A little snow in a can is a good mood setter.
- Make it a fancy dress party where all the guests have to dress as people you would associate with christmas. Not necessarily santa and elves, but snow queens, cherubs, pixies, dean martin and frank sinatra, etc
- Ice sculptures
- presents under the tree
- decorations
- snow sleds
- Christmasy(?) music piped around the house, garden, whatever.
