Need to know how many binding sites the antibody molecule has, the molecular weight of the antibody molecule, the molecular weight of the antigen, and how efficient the antibody is at binding the antigen (e.g. if binding is 100% then we can assume that all the binding sites are attached to antigen).

A little more help:

All antibodies are double stranded and have two antigen binding sites each.
