I am 5'4'' and I weigh 128. I would like to lose 5-8 more lbs, but don't know what else I can do. I eat 5 small meals a day (200-300 cals each) and exercise INTENSELY 6 times a week for about 45 minutes to an hour (strength training, cardio intervals, long runs. I push hard). I recently had a baby (5 months ago) and have lost all but those last 5 lbs.

How important is it to feed a kitten kitty food?

My cat is about 6 mos old. I have been feeding him regular cat food all along. I have an adult cat, and it is easier to feed
them the same thing. I am wondering if I am compromising his
growth by feeding him adult cat food. Thanks.

Grandma and Grandpa were watching a healing service on TV.
The evangelist called to all who wanted to be healed to go to their TV set, place one hand on the TV and the other hand on the body part where they wanted to be healed.

Grandma got up and slowly hobbled to the TV, placed her right hand on the set and her left hand on her arthritic shoulder that was causing her to have great pain.

Then Grandpa got up, went to the TV, placed his right hand on the set and his left hand on his crotch.

Grandma scowled at him and said, "I guess you just don't get it. The purpose of doing this is to heal the sick, not to raise the dead."

Los Angeles Alameda St question?

How safe is the area around Alameda St. (Union Station)? My family and I walked around there at 10:30 at night into china town and it felt very unsafe (even though there was 4 of us). I'm curious if it has a reputation for crime? We made it ok, but it was very creepy.

What to buy for sponsored Christmas Family?

At work we are sponsoring a local family for Christmas. I volunteered to buy a present for each child. The girl is 9 yrs old and the boy is 11 years old. I do not know anything about these children & what they like so I need suggestions! What kind of reasonably priced gifts can I buy these children?! As others are buying gifts as well we were thinking about $20-2$5 per gift or an assortment that totals around that amount.

Baby wont stop crying?

My 7 month old son wont stop crying ever since lastnight in nighttime during the day he was fine playful n everythint but eversince he fell asleep around teen he usualy sleeps from ten too 9 10 in the morning and yesterday he cried everyhalfhour so i decided too put him in our bed and usually he stops as soon as he sleeps with us but yesterday he woke up every hour literly and today he woke up with a stuffynose and wants too bite everything and he also has a 100.2 temperature n i called my dc he said too bring him in tomorrow and he doesnt know what it is until he sses him but i want ur opinion what do u think is wrong WIth my son he has a runny nose temparuture and wants too bite everything ? TEETHING ?>JUST A COLD ?? please help

How do I keep myself from getting too attached to a married man ????

The thing is I work with him and he gives me attention back and I can tell that he likes me too but I really don't want this to escalade any further.
I feel very guilty, but with each passing day I find myself more and more attracted to him.

Should I be concerned with a job that has no breaks and never had me fill out paperwork before hiring me?

I just got a job at a independently owned coffee shop in downtown Chicago. I was surprised that I did not fill out any paperwork following my hiring (but I did give my SS# on the application). I've been searching hard for a job for many months now and this is the only position I have been hired for. There are no breaks, but we can eat or drink whenever, I was told, but it always seems to be too busy. I don't mind the break thing too much, but the combination of the two makes me a little suspicious. I am more concerned with me being undocumented as a worker there, and possibly running into problems later if something happened. All the workers tell me not to worry, but the one with the most senority has been there 3 months.

Of course, I do not want to speak up since I was just hired and could possibly risk losing my job.

Atheists: If you lived in a state where the law said that you can't tesify against someone in court if...?

...you deny the existence of God, would you claim to believe in God so that you can testify in court (supposing you were asked) or would you voice your disbelief and try to fight it? I'm asking because of such laws that exists in certain states.
