The last five lbs is usually the toughest to lose but you can do it.
I would suggest eat 3 small meals and 3 snacks throughout the day and of course exercise 6 times a week like you been doing all long.

I ended up with those new recordings that everyone was talking about here on Yahoo Answers. Got them last week...and this is now day 5 and oddly enough I am really seeing a difference. I only need to lose my last 10 pounds...but these recordings are making me feel full when i get half way through a plate of food. I also got the sugar and exercise cd and i can't wait to see what happens...because the other one is working and i'm down a pound steadily for the past 2 days!!! company is called independent achievement productions...and i ordered it online..good luck

wait! the "last" 5 pounds? - - when you decompose.
What is your focus - weight or body mass or definition? Remember that muscle has a greater gravitational pull on the earth than fat - hence, if you're building muscle, you're gaining body mass/weight.
If your diet and exercise routine has plateaued, try changing your diet to include foods that burn calories or increase your metabolism. Also, how's your digestion? - - are you 'regular'? Maybe you're full of... well, you know - - and a 'cleansing' will help your health and weight goals.
Overall, doesn't sound like you should be overly concerned - stay with a healthy diet and exercise routine. Go by your BMI instead.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

I used to be 215 lbs i went on the "Sacred heart diet" and it works if you follow it go to mayo clinic.com n it should be there if not google sacred heart diet . eat the soap daily and you can lose up to 15 lbs in a week.it works cause i am now 135lbs and it only took about 2 months to loose.but i did go on and off the diet.the diet is used for people who are about to go in for gastric bypass so they put them on that diet..be careful your only advised to do it once every 2 weeks.!good luck

I think you already workout pretty hard .. it needs more time i think .. or you can send an email to the biggest loser and see how those people lose weight ..
But i think your workout routine is good enough ... or maybe you should cut down your meal quantity to 4 instead. Good lcuk !!

Ok well first of all its not normal to eat 5 meals a day. Stick to 3 moderate meals and try not to snack throughout the day and stick with the exercise and that should do the trick.
