Hi, I'm learning English at home and I'm Spanish speaker; I have a trouble with one question, I don't know if I have to ask with "who is it? or who is she?, when I need to identify one person. I'll show you an example:

I'm with a group of friends, suddenly one beautiful girl is stand opposite of us at the other side of the road, I don't know her, so I ask: "who is it?" or "who is she?".

......

Someone has told me that I must use "who is it?" because I'm asking for information about a person who I don't know, that's about a person who I need to identify.

I'm so confused about flight arrivals, with the time difference?

My Husband has got the 11.30am Flight out of Brunei. The flight is 13.29hrs and the time difference in Brunei is 8hrs ahead of british standard time. So what time will he get into Heathrow? I'm so confused hehe

what would you think of this, if your wife did this?

my wife and i are split up. here's the deal. we constantly argued over having another child. we had 3 already. marriage wasn't going good and i said let's wait until we're back on track before we go down that road. she then had a temper tantrum, said she'd get artificially inceminated or adopt if i wouldn't have another one. she even had one with another guy out of wedlock before we met. so i know her stance on things. Two months later she tells me she's pregnant. she was and she told me that she knows what she needs to do....have an abortion. what????? i told her why don't we keep the baby. she gave me all these lame excuses as to why she didn't want it. so i ask you, after all that and her telling me she'd do whatever it takes to have another one, why did she want an abortion? I know the answer to the question logically but want to know what conclusions others draw.

Digital camera for grandparent?

Can anyone help me out with finding a digital camera for my mom? Im just looking for something cheap and something really simple to use. She has never had a digital camera before because most of them are to complicated, although she would like to go digital if it was simple. I've only had canon's and those are to complicated for her. Any ideas?

Is my brother cheating on me? if so, what should i do?

i think my brother is cheating on me with my girlfriend through texts.everytime he hides his phone away from me and whenever he leaves it, you won't find anything in it. my girlfriend has called on his number one day when i was there(without them knowing i was) and i heard him say 'sweetie". she defended herself saying my phone was off(which is true) and she was looking for me.They talked for a while. My girlfriend however denies that she contacts him.maybe i'm wrong, something tells me there's something going on. please help me. the other thing is i have a ten year difference with my girlfriend and with my brother its only 3. am i being over reactive? please help me out because i also think she loves me.

My sister has informed me that she's an atheist...?

She's 15 and she's decided that she believes in Darwin's Theory and not God.

I'm a Pentecostal Christian and while I don't want to push her, I would like to see her give it a chance. We were never raised in a church, I found God after I left home and met my husband. Our other sis is 16 and also attends a Christian church (I'm 26).

Any ideas on how I can gently introduce her to God (she refuses to go to church), or at least open the lines of communication to find out why she believes in what she does (I'm afraid I don't know much about Darwin's theory). Although I have faith I do have a hard time talking about it in the open so I'm not sure how to get past my fears to bring it up (but my fear of her going to h*** is worse than talking).

Question about sex and condoms, please see details, is this common or am I an odd ball here?

I'm new to the whole sex thing (in my late 20's), very healthy, very in shape. Anyway, my new g/f and I began to have sex for the first time a few days ago, it was my first time, but not hers.

Anyway, for some reason, when i was inside her, I lost my erection! I have no idea why, I just figured that since I'm new to having sex my only problem would have been that I would come too early, but that didn't happen, in fact, obviously I wasn't able to come at all! I wore a condom, so my g/f suggested i just try it without a condom for a bit (but not come) since she was also on the pill as a back up. I was able to hold my erection no problem then. The problem is, we're both uneasy with the idea of just relying on the pill for b/c. I trust her completely to take it properly, but a pregnancy would REALLY mess up our plans as we both have another year and a half of school left. Anyone have suggestion or has anyone experienced this problem before? If so, how did u handle it? thanx
