There was a perfect man who met a perfect woman. After a perfect
courtship, they had a perfect wedding. Their life together was,
of course, perfect. One snowy, stormy Christmas Eve, this perfect
couple was driving their perfect car along a winding road, when
they noticed someone at the side of the roadside in distress.
Being the perfect couple, they stopped to help. There stood Santa
Claus with a huge bundle of toys. Not wanting to disappoint any
children on the eve of Christmas, the perfect couple loaded
Santa and his toys into their vehicle. Soon they were driving
along delivering the toys. Unfortunately, the driving conditions

So, if there is no perfect man and no Santa Claus, the perfect
woman must have been driving. This explains why there was a car
accident. (By the way if you're a woman, and you're reading

as i'm making some researchs on the escrow account applications in real estate market, i'd like to know:
is there is any idea of how can a real estae developer keep a part of the purchase outside the escrow account?
for example: can the developer make a membership card (used one time) allows the purchaser to get a 10% discount of the purchase price, while the actual price of the card will be more than this as the card gives the purchaser other benifits (free nights in hotels, ruffle on a car, ...)...
also if you have any other ideas plz explain them.

We have flea bombed our house and gave the cat a flea bath and he has a flea collar, but the results from the bath and the flea bombing did not last that long and the flea collar does not seem to work. The cat likes to run outside when we open the door and when we let him back in he has brought in his friends the fleas. The fleas get in the carpet and on my clothes and in my bed. I don't see the fleas but rarely, and I can't ever find them in my bed because my bedding is black. I've heard that citrus scents work to repel fleas but found that is not always the case, or it only repels them somewhat rather. Does anybody know a way to keep these blasted fleas from eating me other than getting rid of my cat or buying expensive flea treatments like Advantix?

I am in so much pain right now. Alot of bad things happened to me i dont want to go into it but i feel horrible. I dont know why if the people i loved really loved me why they wouldn't let me go! is just using me, 2. all his promises made never happen, 3. am tired of just email and txt and him never calling me. I did not get nasty, told him I love him....So do you think it is normal just to stop all contact and just reply via a txt mess"I understand and goodbye". I mean, would u not at least try and give an answer to these 3 statements via a reply email, or would you have this re-action if you did not really love this person. I asked him questions and made 3 statements, if he really was sincere, would he not at least have given me an answer?

On the front page of Yahoo right now is a blurb about how scientists have now found evidence that the graveyard shift at work causes cancer. I've also heard in the past about the link between cancer and eggs, stress, sitting too long, soda, getting bruises too many times, depression, sunlight, etc... the list goes on. Truth is they just don't know, so why all this hatedred toward us smokers? If 3 out of 10 people that smoke get cancer, then 7 don't. People do get lung cancer that don't smoke as well, but they are not recorded. So what's the connection there? Doctors get gov't grants to prove smoking causes cancer, which means if they can't come up with something to that effect, they get no more grant money. No one gets paid to show negative results. In hospitals, if someone dies of any sort of repiritory cancer or disease, they mark them down as death due to smoking!
More people die of car accidents than cigarettes every year (if you believe the cigarette death stats), ban cars?

I'm 51, female, was injured when my arm was pulled by husband 2 months ago, and the pain keeps getting worse- having trouble sleeping, and range of motion affected. Doctor wanted to give me cortisone shot, physical therapy hurts, i'm not sure i want to take so much Aleve. Any suggestions?
