I keep having really bad pain in the upper left of my abdomen. If I stand up, the pain is alleviated a bit, but I still feel very nauseous and very sick to my stomach. I also keep getting head aches. The pain is in my upper left abdomen ( I think its my stomach) and goes up into my chest, and causes me to feel like i'm literally having a heart attack. My mom said that it's probably gallstones, but I don't have any pain the RIGHT side, which would be condusive to gall problems. My main issue is, am I ok waiting until the morning to see a Dr? It's 3.25 right now, and I don't have anyone to drive me to the hospital, so I'd have to find someone to watch my daughter, then drive myself like 45 mins to the hospital then wait for god knows how long, and by then my dr. will prb be open. Suggestions?

One particular Christmas season, a long time ago, Santa was getting
ready for his annual trip. But there were problems. Four of his elves
were sick, and the trainee elves just weren't working out.

Things got worse when Mrs. Claus told him her mother was coming to
visit. Then, when he went to harness the reindeer, he found that three
of them were about to give birth. Two others had jumped the fence and
were out carousing, heaven knows where.

When he went to load the sleigh, one of the side boards cracked and the
toy bag fell to the ground, scattering the toys. Frustrated, Santa went
into the house for a cup of coffee and a shot of whiskey, but when he
opened the cupboard, he discovered the elves had apparently had a party,
and there was nothing left to drink.

Just as he accidentally dropped the coffee pot, breaking it in hundreds
of little pieces, the doorbell rang. Santa opened the door, cursing
beneath his breath, and there stood a beautiful little angel with an
enormous, perfectly shaped Christmas Traditions Christmas tree. "Merry
Christmas Santa," the angel said. "Isn't it just a lovely day to be
alive? Look! I have a beautiful tree for you. Where would you like me
to put it?"

Thus began the tradition of the little angel on top of the Christmas
tree.

For example you see someone on the street drinking beer and smoking, and you think, "Wow, what an idiot, I'm much more moral then him." I mean it seems like every Christian does this. We view ourselves as being much higher because of how we avoid drugs, smoking, drinking, and ect. When the reality is most of us are just as bad or even worse then these kind of people. Yet we judge and point fingers, when all that does is makes things worse. If we really want to "change" these people, we should encourage then instead of looking down on them. I just see this way to often, Christians getting full of themselves, when in reality they have their own flaws that still makes them imperfect. And imperfection is an imperfection no matter how you look at it. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Christian, but I just see this kind of judgement on a daily basis.

So when mothers choose at 1 year of age to stop breastfeeding or formula feeding. Then where do their babies get their nutrients? Do they just feed their children what we eat or what? I know people that do this but i just dont know how their babys get full.. Whats your take on it? and is 12 months too young for regular food and no more milk on a daily basis?

My fiance has signed up yesterday & we need to get married before he becomes active. We have to "get into gear" very soon due to his age & I have no clue about military lifestyle & need an idea on where to start. How to prepare myself & our children? Are there certain standards that I should be aware of? Are we required to move constantly? Or any other details to add that would be helpful, I'd appreciate it. I'm a pretty flexible person with great ability to adapt well to any give situation & have strong capabilities to run our entire household alone while he's gone (here at home). But honestly feel a bit hesitant if we have to move out of state. Are there any other alternatives I could look into? I'd like to be prepared properly for the sake of my children.

this is bull$hit! i live in a state of usa where i am 17 and my girl at 16. 2 months apart and one night we drinking and oral sex one time. got out to her papa and he dont like me so he called police and I was sent to local presinct, questioned and issued an attorney. they say im being charged with criminal sexual predator abuse, also known class a misdeomeaner, so i couldd do up to one year and pay 2500$. I legally cannot talk with the girl but it was not rape and herr parents hate me. why are these laws so screwed up? will i serve a whole year/? im not a sexual predator and will i have to register as one?

Should I call police? My boyfriend thinks I am overreacting?
Where I live it is -17°C / 0°F.
I saw this poor dog in a dog kennel on the back of the bed of the truck.A German Shepard I think.
On top of this bad situation the truck traveling at least 100km/ 63mph.
I memorized the plate number, so I could report it as soon as i got home.
When I got home and told my boyfriend said that I was totally overreacting and that the dog is fine.
would a dog survive that temp outside of a truck?
Or should I report this stupid person to police.

I feel so bad that I did not do more while I was driving behind the truck.
I know if it were me in that dog place, I WOULD BE DEAD.
