I signed up for a contest and someone called me saying that I won a camera, and I need to fill out some forms they sent to my e mail and fax them to them. It asks for my social security # a copy of my drivers license and other info. I called the person back and asked them why I needed to give them my social and drivers lisence and they said it was because they needed to verify that it is me and that I am not an illegal imigrant. It sounds like a scam to me but I 'm just curios.

Last year, I did policy debate, but didn't care for it much, so I'm in LD this year. I love it, but struggle because I can't compete in with novices, since I technically did debate last year (even though policy was a lot different from LD). Due to my policy history, my greatest strength is speed. However, even if I try to spread the hell out of my opponent in the 1AR, it ends up sounding blippy- since I'm having problems prioritizing what should be answered/extended. Are there drills for this? Any other tips would be great, too. Thanks!

My friend just found out she is having twin girls. She asked me when she first found out she was preggers to be the godmother and pick her child's middle name. For a girl I was set on Myla. Now that she is having twins I kind of want their middle names to match. But what matches with Myla? I'd like another M name but if it sounds like Myla thats cool too. Has anyone ever bought this book? If so what are the two "Magic Words" he talks about and is it true there is info how to get free money to pay off bills theat never has to be paid? I mean, the figures coming out lately about the slide of comparative education levels in USA are alarming to say the least. The secular European nations are well ahead, and let’s not forget atheist China. The US government seems to rely on religion to control the masses but as the world progresses, this antiquated form of control is proving to be a real hindrance. The constitution says to separate religion from state but as atheism is not a religion at all, maybe the government will very subtly start to support atheism for the purpose of increasing America’s competitiveness in education and technology? Because those statistics that show a distinct negative correlation between education and religion speak for themselves….

First off I will tell you some background. I am 22, with my own house and a fulltime job. As far as I know I cannot have kids. I run a daycare out of my house. One of the boys I babysit is a placement child. He is 2. His mother did drugs and he is "delayed". His biological mother is dead. His "mother" is really his aunt and his brother(cousin) is three. His "mother" cannot take care of him she has had surgery and cannot hold a job. She wants to give him to me if I want him, or else he will go into the system. I am wondering if I should take him, she said if social services would not comply she would move him into my house and give me his checks when she gets them. She wants him to go to a pllace that she will be abl to visit him (she is his aunt) but knows he will be loved and be taken care of. We are very close he comes 5 days a week now and loves it here. I just don't know how I would explain it to my family but I would love to have him and he calls me mom on his own accord.Should I?

this is my second pc now,i had a laptop and swopped for a desktop,i always have problems with them, even if i ask on here i do get some good answers but not always do they work,
pc keeps freezing
i get programme not resonding
windows not responding

I was born on a farm in TEXAS,came from a music lovin family-my idols were:CHET ATKINS-LES PAUL and MERLE TRAVIS,I attended TEXAS CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY where i met my wife,in 1959 we moved to CLOVIS,NEW MEXICO where i joined forces with BUDDY HOLLY and producer NORM PETTY whom i worked with for the next 3 years. Then In 1964 after a spell as a DJ, i headed for NASHVILLE where i did very weak and low paying jobs while waiting to BREAK INTO THE BUSINESS..after an APPEARENCE ON WSM-TV-NASHVILLE, DON LAW OF COLUMBIA RECORDS SIGNED ME..my first HIT was in 1967..in 1976 I had 3 #1 HITS BACK TO BACK....I had a sting of TOP TEN singles and DUETS..a good run.. I WAS CALLED TO HILLBILLY HEAVEN A COUPLE YEARS AGO..BUT AS I LOOK DOWN ON YAHOO ANSWERS...I'M NOT FORGOTTEN!
