NO!!!!! Don't be foolish for something you won't get. If you seriously won that camera, all they need is your name, home address and postal code to verify that's you who won the camera. If they require personal info, then its a scam. They will sell your info on the internet, and use it to make fake ID, credit card, documents, drivers license, and much more all under your name and be used god knows where...around the world.....Stolen identity.
It's not worth the TROUBLE/MESS for a camera. You should report it to the police.
Be smart and stay away.

So not worth it. Think about it, a digital camera costs maybe $100-200 dollars, right? How much money can someone cost you with a copy of your social security card and driver's licence? Everything you have in the bank, plus whatever credit cards they can take out in your name.
Just buy a camera, it's cheaper.

While you're at it, if they ask for your shoe size and bank account number, your PIN and mothers last name, you should give that to them as well.
Serious answer: NO.
