now, for you american's just to fill you in, thats rick mercer who is.. i guess you could say, the canadian version of steven colbert and he's going to the prime ministers house. the prime minister is our version of the president (but i hope you know that)... i mean he's making a sandwich with the prime minister, and playing with his kids... you would never get this from the president.... wouldnt it be cool if you did?

okay, I was wondering if the following would be okay:
my family consists of two adults, three minors. If I were to book a suite for one adult an interior room for one adult and three kids, would it be okay if the family all stayed in the suite? Would that be illegal in cruise terms? or do they really care who stays where as long as everything is paid for?

I have a TV antenna from radio shack. The only channel it gets is channel 7. I don't need every channel in the universe, but a fer more would be nice. I've moved around the antennae, but nothing but channel 7. I do have 4 and 2 but they are not good enough quality- they only come out grainy with loud unwanted noise.

There are many many questions here on yahoo answers, that refer to christians, moslems, atheists, neo-cons, liberals, democrats, repuplicans, immigrants etc etc.
While a lot are obviously asked frivolously, many are serious in their intent.
I have found that, if I think of other people as "people", rather than categorizing them as some'thing' or other, I am forced to empathise and have to form a reasoned, coherent opinion. One that is not based on dogma or tradition or predjudice.

Could more solutions be found to more problems, if we only started to think of each other as "people".

if i know a planet's sidereal period and i know how far that planet is from the sun, assuming a circular orbit, how do i find out its synodic period?

i have uranus' radius of orbit = 19.23 AU
and its sidereal period = 84.33 earth years
how do i get its synodic period?
is there some simple formula?

Little Johny walks into his parents bedroom to find his monther bent over and his father pushing against her from behind....

The father turns around and sees Johny coming into the room, smiles, winks and waves him away...

Later that night...the father goes into Johny's room and sees the grandmother bent over and little Johny at her from behind....

The father yells..."what the hell are you doing to your grandmother?"

Little Johny says...."it's not so funny when it's your mother is it?"

My ex husband and I both claimed our daughter on our 06 taxes. Our divorce papers state that the father can claim her as long as his support is current. Kansas law requires that support be paid until the child turns 18 which she turned 18 in February. He continued to pay support until the end of June. She resided with me the whole year until going to college in the fall. Am I in the wrong for claiming her on my taxes?
