was he really a supporter of the common people ?
what about the trail of tears, i know he hated indians, but how could he do that ?
oh and why was he so emotional ?

He hated the indians because they were in his way. He wanted to expand the United States and the indians were living on some of the best land and in the place where he wanted to go so he made them march (mostly on foot) along the Trail of Tears from around Tennessee and Alabama to Oklahoma to reservations on some of the most useless land in the US.

He supported the common people when it suited his wants. It made him look good to the people and most people liked him.

Apparently he was born emotional. That's not something you learn.

Common people meaning the common white man, sure.

Jackson, given the Trail of Tears, actually raised an Indian boy as his own son.

yes he was a supporter of the common man inasmuch as congress would let him. the trail of tears was for settlers to have well cultivated lands he was able to do that because to do this because congress allowed him and they wanted the extra land themselves. i've never read anything that said he was emotional
