i never used to tell my kids i was proud of them when i was 18 or 19, i was so embarrased as i was never told as a child,but as i got older i was able to tell them without any shame, i feel my older kids missed out ...but they dont...but nowadays i can say im sorry i was in a bad humour, and tell them i love them no problem, but i could not do this when i was a young mum.. anyone else feel they were better as a mature parent..

I checked on UPS for my shipping order and they said that they have already made the delivery! The problem is that I do not see my package at my front door! I think someone stole it! Hellpp what should I do? Don't tell me to go to the UPS website for help, I already did. Will they ship me another one?

I was in this old ancient church and I was praying at the alter kneeling and there was a huge Angel like statue over me and than there was holy water coming at me and I started splashing it on my face and it became a river...all over me so weird but My friend thinks it was a divine dream and that I am being blessed...

I hate dressing up - how on Earth am I supposed to land a good job if I don't dress the part? I'm too curvy and my breasts are too big to wear suits plus I'm short - I hate work - I just hate it. I was made to make babies.

The value of c is the value of a^2 + b^2 when a=2 and b= -2.

Find the value of c^2 - 4.

Find another way to solve this problem.

I did a^2 + b^2 = c
2^2 + (-2)^2=c
4 + 4 + c
c = 8

so c^2 - 4 = v
8^2 - 4 = v
64 - 4 = v
v = 60

What is another way to solve it??

Hopefully I get some better answers this time around!!
baby is comfy and fed, just manipulative! My almost 8 month daughter has HORRIBLE sleeping patterns!! She tries to stay up till about 10, I put her down. She wakes to nurse around 2, then stays up for about 2 hours--wriggling away from me so she can practice crawling or throw a temper tamptrum!! I put her back to bed around 4 or so, and then she is up around 7 to start the day. UHGGG!! I can't nap when she naps either, because I have a 3 year old. IT's also hard to let her scream it out, because the two share a room.
Anyway, my plan tonight is to have my 3 year old sleep w/ me. When the baby wakes up crying, I will try rocking her for a few minutes and then sticking her right back to sleep. After a few minutes of crying I will check on her, and then leave the room again for 5. I'll try to continue doing this until she passes out! Any suggestions? Has anyone else tried this or something like it? What worked for you? I need tons of support--this is gonna be rough, but it can't get too much worse than it has been!

My mother got tan Uggs for her b-day from someone. So, the long and short of it is she's not exactly crazy about them...lol. And she would be glad to give them to me. But are they over, and would I look ridiculous? Also, I tend to wear heals a lot...I'm only 5'4, and I'm really a high heals person...so I'm not sure I'd even want to wear them even if they were "in". Oh and what kind of clothes look best with them?

ive had it for 4 days now and it really hurts.

its in my caff.

i hurts when i bend down and when i go down stairs.

i have to go up and down stairs 12 times a day!

i try to massage it, but if it does work, it only last untill i start moving again.

i got a crush on a nerd guy he's cute. but he told me he doesn't like me. in yet over the week he's been staring at me a lot and especially when i turn he's looking at me like 75% at the time. or turns his head when i look his way. he and his friends kinda stop talking and look at me at times too! i'm confused, does he like me? and if he does why doesn't he grow balls and talk to me!

The Sabres are probably going to (if they haven't already) cut ties with the Amerks. What would happen to players that have recently been called up to play for Buffalo, but are only there to fill an injury spot? Would those players from Rochester have to go back if the Sabres didn't plan on keeping them for the whole season? And if the organizations do sever ties, where will Buffalo get players from in the interim of finding a new AHL team to affiliate with?

Boy, I hope that makes sense, I know what I'm trying to say, but I feel like it came out as a big blob of words.
