First of all I'm writing a story that takes place in Ireland. The problem is, I have never been to Ireland before. I am from the US, but I have Irish heritage, and I am very interested in IE. I have done LOTS of research on Irish slang and terminology, and have incorporated it carefully into my writing. But, the question is, do I really have a right to write something that involves real irish characters if I have never actually been to that country? I guess if the answer is no...I should start planning a trip! Any ideas or suggestions would help, and please no insults.... :P

I have been reading quite a few books recently with complicated story lines that involve generations of characters and their relationships. How do you come up with all those names? How do you keep track of the familial ties and the relationships?

I have a court order that says that my xbf can pick up his daughter every weekend. This court order was before he married his now wife. There is nothing on the CO that says that she can pick her up.
Do I have to let my daughter's step mom pick up my child, if I feel that she is a danger to her?

ok this is my 3rd month ttc...i tested this morning... im on cycle day 25 of a 27 day cycle and i got a PREGNANT sign...last month i did not test beacuase i was going to test only if i was late, which i wasnt....is it possible that the PREGNANT sign that i got this morning is from a misscariage last month...or do u think i am actually pregnant?....anyone have a similar experience?...i should also mention that i bought this test in August....its been in the box though...could it be expired or something...please answers...thanxx

A relative (who I rarely see and not even close to me) asked me if our aunt who is working for her can be trusted. Based on my past experiences, she definitely can't be trusted but I've seen her with our other relatives and she does seem alright enough. I believe in giving people another chance so a part of me wants to say "You can trust her." but I also do not want her to blame me later if something does go wrong.

I'd appreciate any answer that you can give me.
