Any where the jet can fit (take off and landing distance, weight of the foot print). Some times there's fee, depends on the airport. Security is dependant on the airport. One with commercial ops requires an ID and escort to the aircraft. To fly a jet, you'll need at least a Private ticket and a type rating (which covers the intrument rating and the multi-engines of the jet). For pay, you need a commercial license. Mostly folks in that job will have an ATP though.

No. They only need landing permits. The biggest private jets parking is in Nice, France for those people going to Monaco Monte Carlo.

They have teams of helicopters that fly in advance of them with all the men and equipment they need in order to build a landing strip in time for the jet.

They land on the same runways as other aircraft, but they usually taxi over to a FBO (our private air terminal)

Most airports have FBO's (Fixed Base Operators). These are basically truck stops for pilots. It varies from place to place but you can get fuel, rental cars (sometimes for free!), parking spots, pilot supplies, repairs, a spot to sleep, etc.

In addition to major airports, they can land at several smaller airports too. There are even housing communities where you can taxi your Gulfstream to your front door from the community runway like the one in Ocala Florida.
John Travolta lives there, check out his place:
