we just had our ballet display on stage this is the 1st time i have ever stuffed up i realy hate myself and it is on the dvd so i was sitting on side stage just crying how can i get over it?

I know this has been asked a lot, but my situation is kinda different. Anyway, I have a ps2 now, but i use a fliptop and most of my games a burnt. So, i think the 40gb PS3 should be fine. Are the missing flash drive and 2 USB ports a big deal?

I can get a 60gb at a circuit city about an hour from my house. But, I think it might possibly be worth saving $100 by getting the 40.

What do you think? Thanks ahead of time.

There's this girl that works in the local dept. store, and she's the same age as me(17). When she first started working there, she seemed nice and would smile and stuff. Now she's some **** that makes you not want to go back in her department, because she'll get on to you for the simplest thing. She's always staring at me w/ an evil look, and she's rude. Then she called me stupid one day just because I was trying out a hoola-hoop, which I was going to buy..some of those things are cheap so you got to see which one is worth the money. Everytime I go back there, she'll start talking about me to some random person. I don't go in there everyday so don't say I do. Tonight I went in there and she was somewhere else, and it looked like she was smiling until I looked at her. She used to get nervous when I was around her, she'd scratch her ear or grab her arm. I haven't done anything to the girl, I'm just wondering why she's acting like this?

..... because I hardly ever use it, but it keeps telling me I've got an illegal disc. I believe that I'm selecting the correct drive, I list the required files in the right pane, select the correct folder (I think) in the left pane, set it of at a 2x burn (or a 4x burn) and, no matter what I do, it tells me I've got an illegal disc. Can somebody tell me how to overcome this problem please. A TU to all helpers. Thanks.

I've been answering some questions on evolution and some of the other answers are so amazingly ignorant of the facts that it is downright pathetic. Then, if you try to politely steer people to the websites that explain why what you are saying really is true, these people just simply refuse to even look because they seem to have the attitude "don't confuse me with the facts - I've already made up my mind". The level of scientific and mathematical ignorance to me is frightening - are there really people that stupid that they can't see the gigantic holes in their reasoning and so smug that they think they are right without ever once bothering to question it? Unfortunately the answer seems to be "yes", but I'm wondering if there's anything the rest of us can do to defeat this ignorance... permanently. Any suggestions as to how to get rid of this absurd overconfidence in what is clearly incorrect or am I barking at the moon?
