By being brave enough to go onstage again, and to laugh about what you did. It happens to us all. Try not to fret too much.

this happens to every dancer, espeically when we first start. i had a performance on saturday at a big mall where i live at center stage. and i was doing arabian and i did my final backbend (so its really far down, im good at those) and then the sun blared right in my eyes so i fell onto the other backup girls. luckily they caught me a bit so it didn't look horrible. but its never as bad as you think and all you have to do now is tell yourself "it was all a big mix up...i have other dances to dance...and everyone wants to see a confident dancer doing her best."

next time you go back on stage just dance what you feel and dance your heart out. use all the energy you caught from this and put it into your dancing. this will practicially ensure it will not happen again. and your a dancer and im sure you love what you do (i kno i do), so put on your best smile and show all those nondancers (and dancers haha) what you can do!

You just forget about it and move on. Like the saying goes, no use crying over spilled milk. It happens to everyone, but what makes you stronger is to overcome these things.
two years ago we were performing nutcracker and it was my first nutcracker ever and i fell onstage TWICE. But i went out the next show and did just fine. You have to put it behind you and work harder to be even better the next time.

It happens to everyone. I was in a show once where I stepped on the back of my costume (long dress) and fell flat on my rear end. Same show, we did a can-can sort of dance in corsets. A rather buxom young woman bounced one of her chesticles right out of her corset. She started crying, so I sort of danced her off into the wings.

Laugh about it. Boy did I screw up! Don't let a mistake get you down. There'll be more of them in the future, but they shouldn't take the joy out of performing for you. Smile. It's OK.

Chin up. Look forward. This is hardly the toughest obstacle you'll ever face.
