It depends how much she weighs. Call a pharmacy in your area and speak to the pharmacist, they will be able to tell you the exact dosage right away.

Non, go see a doctor. Too many babies die every year from overdose of Tylenol. Call you dr or the emergency room talk to a nurse, but do not guess how much to give. You can undress your little one and also give it a cold bath to keep the temp down.

Read the bottle..it's listed by weight. Or call an open Pharmacy and ask for the Pharmacist. You can break her fever naturally...luke warm water..on the cool side. Then dress her nice and warm..and keep checking her temp til the Doc is in tomorrow. Or call your doc's office, they have someone on call at all times....

for a fever, it's safer to give a baby ibprofen(advil). buy the one made for small children and follow the chart on the bottle.

Age is not a factor is this, you need to know hoe much the baby's weight is, the ask a certified pharmacist or your child's doctor about how much to give.

My son's doctor told me to go by age, not weight, because some babies weigh more than others but their organs are roughly the same size. If given too much it can damage their organs.

read the directions on BABY Tylenol, or call your doctor. Many are saying don't give babies medication like that.
