people are always talking about how heavy metal is so evil and satanic, when i tell them i think that its pretty rad, they go insane and think im some kind of satanist. But hip/hop is SO much worse, but they are fine with it! why is this?

Getting out of a NY state speeding ticket?

I was issued a NY state speeding ticket for doing 81 in a 65. My plea is not guilty, my court date is on Wednesday and I really would like to get out of this.
I am a college student and this is my first violation.
Please only serious answers, I know speeding is bad and I’ve learned my lesson.

Copyright question?:Classical Music on my website:?

I want to put classical music on my website. I know that classical music that was written 200 years ago is in public domain now. But what about the recording ? Does the date of the recording make any difference for the copyright to be enforcable ? If yes, what is be the cut-off date ? I read somewhere that is 1972, is that true ?

how can you tell if a betterys used or not?

and i don't mean by putting them into something cuz the thing i want to work has like 6 slots and i accidently mixed the old batterys with the new ones and i don't know witch are the dead ones and witch are the new ones

Caring for your abandoned kitten. URGENT!?

Im 14 years old and i found a kitten outside. Im currently keeping it in my closet (if my mom found out she would freak) with blankets, newspaper, and an old shirt he/she likes to lie on.
I want to know what i can feed it seeing as i dont have any cat food and im not sure what i can do tomorrow when im in school because i dont want my mom or my 5 year old brother to find out.

I have lost over 100 lbs, and today put on makeup, did my hair, dressed up a little and my huband didn't say a word. My kids did... They were like wow mom. All I wanted to do was cry... What would you do? I know we have problems, but at least something....
