It would depend on the species of killi you keep. Some are fine in community tanks, and others need to be in species tanks (just that species of killi). It doesn't help that some killis are more at home in cold water, (60s) and others would be "chilly" unless the water was near 90.
To get a really good answer for your question, you would either need to specify which killifish you have (or if you don't have one yet, to research either the needs of the type you like, or which can live in the conditions you want to provide for the tankmates and see which would be compatible).

Two popular killis that are more commonly seen in pet stores are the golden wonder killifish and the American flagfish (which is a great algae eater!).

You're aware no fish actually "cleans" the tank, right?

It really depends on what killi fish you have there are many different types,I have golden wonder killis in with my pictus catfish but smaller fish should not be kept with pictus.

by cleaner you mean pleco or corydoraas cat yes
