As most of you know, I have a 30 gallon tank that I started and when it finishes cycling, I want to add these fish to the tank:

-3 Angelfish
-4 Albino Cory Cats (I heard they should be in groups of 4)

Am I overcrowding? And if I'm not, what else can I add?

A thirty would be the minimum size for keeping angels, so with just those and the corys you're okay.

You only "problem" will be in having 3 angels, but since they're not sexable when young, you need to get multiple fish in order to (hopefully) end up with a compatible pair. You'll need to remove the third, when/if the other two pair up or it will be tormented by them. Make sure you have a second tank for the "loner" or can make arrangements to return it to your pet store.

As far as other fish, you'll want something that can stand up to a little territorial bullying by the angels, large enought that they can't be eaten, and too fast to have their fins nibbled. Some good possibilities would be some danios, larger tetras (Congo, emperor, serape), or rainbowfish. All of these are schooling fish, so I'd get a group of 5-6 of one medium-sized type and consider the tank stocked.

Add some driftwood and plants (live or fake) so the fish can hide if the angels decide to breed.

Thats not overcrowding. The corys need at least two. They kinda buddy up and swim together.

They could live just fine, I would suggest an extra air supply such as a bubble curtain. It helps keep water circulated and provides more oxygen!

Good Luck!

I'd say it's fine, but depending on the angels they might get too big eventually (not for a long time though)
Just keep up on water changes

You're getting close to maximum now, some neon tetras would be nice. They get on good with Angels, and they look real nice in the light.
