A couple years ago, I heard in order to get tone, lean muscle you should keep your heartbeat in the "weight loss" section of a cardio machine, because if it's in the cardio part you'll build muscle. But recently I read that it doesn't matter and the more intense the cardio part, the better. Women don't have enough testerone to build muscle if they do weights.

Who is right?

What novels deserved to be included in Martin Seymour Smith's List of Influential Books?
Martin Seymour Smith wrote a list of the 100 Most Influential Books in history in 1998 and for the most part, I find it to be a very well thought out piece, but I also can't help but wonder it there are other novels of equal influence that were overlooked from his list. So, in your opinion, what novels deserved to be included in the list and which titles should have gotten the heave-ho?

I just took my girl to the vet because she just got this reddish (blood blister looking) growth on the tip of the skin folds inside her ear, and it seems to grow fast. Vet said cancer, but no other "option". I cant have it removed yet (lack of funds) and an worried it could get bigger or rupture. Has anyone had a simular growth, that wasnt cancer? I have owned 7 doberman pinschers in my life, and never seen this before. My 4 yr old Weimaraner (girl) is so co-dependant on my dobie being around her, i dont know what her/I would do if we lost my dobie.

just an old wives tale until I tried it last night, I had 3 slices of toast with generous helpings of mature English cheddar on all three of them. During the night I must have had 9 different extremely vivid dreams, I can remember every one of them in detail and each one was completely different from the next. On a normal night I don't remember the dreams very often so I was surprised that it works. If you don't believe me try it yourself. (just make sure you brush your teeth well afterwards )

I have head many Christians say this. To me it seems completely unogical. A force or some sort of body, that is everywhere, made the Universe and wait cares about are little blue speck of a planet enough to send his son who is also him to Earth. I think it is not trip and only sightseeing but spend ordinary life there, shopping , go somewhere , contact with person who live there. Do you have some good informations?
