Brothers will be brothers. Tell him rewards if he leaves you alone. Tell parents. Be like mom I am a girl and as a girl I deserve some privacy and .... will you please tell... and make sure he stays away without bugging me. I used to bug my sis a lot years ago. (I am 18 now) Never excite him, for he is like a toddler, show that you are bugged and they will scream and keep running around creating chaos. Be like hey look...you know that videogame? Mom is thinking about getting it for you if you stay away... Maybe fake crying? Make it weird, be like... hey I am a girl and us girls... get the best of him and be like. I cry a lot if this happens... and he will be dumbfounded like the kid he is... good luck! hope I helped a little !!!!

First of all take a deep breath and let it out slowly counting to ten. You have to relax your body and mind whenever you deal with a difficult situation. No matter what awful thing your little brother does, he is doing this to get your attention or to get back at you for something you said or did that hurt his feelings. In order to get him to leave you alone you have to get his attention on something other then you. Try a activity or coloring book. Ask him to make you a snack of peanut butter and crackers and praise him. Make your little brother your friend not your enemy. Never tease him about any physical or mental differences. Calling people names is rude and the lowest form of humor, sure you might get a laugh from calling people names, but it doesn't take much intelligence to call names and it's just rude. When you grow up you will be glad you made a friend of your little brother.
I told my daughter that if she can put up with all the rude, gross, annoying, angering, nasty things that her little brother does to her, later in life nothing that the world throws at her will bother her. She can just say, "heck that's nothing my little brother used to ............"

My daughter calls her younger brother a "Pestisite."
Siblings will always annoy and bother but one thing to remember is The younger siblings will follow the older ones. Set an example for them.
